As such, borgward.nz uses best-of-breed security monitoring and management software with the newest firewall rules and malicious traffic blocking to keep the website safe. We have blocked access from all countries that are known sources of attack, along with all known hacking sites.
We are bound by and operate by the rules and regulations of the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
Data Breaches
Any data breach is taken very seriously by the officers. If it occurs via unauthorised disclosure, membership revoked and if applicable, the New Zealand legal process applies.
We operate using guidelines of the Office of the Privacy Commission.
